„Howdy, y´all“: Teaching and Living in Texas

The seminar is an interactive, activity-based talk based on the experience of living and working in Texas, USA. It presents dominant and interesting features of Texan landscape (wind mills, pump jacks, longhorns, coyotes, pecan trees and wildflowers), culture (cowboys, Tex-Mex, Texan accent and Czechfest) and schooling, demonstrated in photographs and artifacts.
